American Cancer Society The American Cancer Society (ACS) is a nationwide, community- based voluntary health organization. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, the ACS has state divisions and more than 3,400 local offices. ASSIST-Ovarian ASSIST-Ovarian.com is a Web site designed to provide information about the ASSIST-1 and ASSIST-3 clinical trials for women with recurrent ovarian cancer. Both of these Phase 3 trials are studying TLK286, an investigational cancer drug discovered and developed by Telik, Inc ("Telik"). Be Cancer Smart This site is not a site where you will find what treatment is best for Ovarian Cancer and which ones to avoid.
